Rates:

Studios:	December 15 to March 31 - $100 night
	April 1 to December 14 - $85 night
Cottage:	December 15 to March 31 - $150 night
	April 1 to December 14 - $125 night

Tax: 13.42% Hawaii state tax will be added (General Excise Tax 4.167%, Transient Accommodations Tax 9.25%).

Payment policy: 20% of the total amount will be due within 2 weeks of reservation. The remainder of the balance will be due within 30 days prior to your arrival date. We accept payment by personal check, money order, cashier check, or PayPal.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund if you cancel your reservation prior to 45 days of your arrival date. 50% refund if you cancel less than 45 days but prior to 30 days of your arrival date. No refund for cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival date.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Check-in: 3 p.m.
Check-out: 11 a.m.
