Niu studio has a large closet, private bathroom with a large shower, and 2 twin beds which when pushed together make a king-sized bed (see photos of the beds set up both ways).  There is an HD TV with HD DVR and Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room, a fully stocked kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, electric grill, etc.  Outside there is a gas BBQ grill.  We provide everything you'll need for the beach— boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats, beach bags, umbrella, coolers.  Laundry facilities are provided and we have high-speed wireless Internet connection in the studio.
