Niu studio has a large closet, private bathroom with a large shower, and 2 twin beds which when pushed together make a king-sized bed (see photos of the beds set up both ways).  There is an HD TV with HD DVR and Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room, a fully stocked kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, electric grill, etc.  Outside there is a gas BBQ grill.  We provide everything you'll need for the beach - boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats, beach bags, umbrella, coolers, and snorkeling equipment.  Laundry facilities are provided and we have high-speed wireless Internet connection in the studio.

Per Maui County Ordinance, this is a nonsmoking property.

'Aina kakahiaka (breakfast) is fruit and muffins or bread served at the table outside your studio by 7:45 a.m. to be eaten whenever you decide to get up. There will be coffee and juice in your studio.  When you're finished with breakfast, don't worry about cleaning up - we'll do that for you. You'll have much better things to do!
